Terms of use

What this site is

We collect and flag offers published by third-party online shops, mainly Amazon and eBay. We sell nothing and we handle no orders, payments, shipping or returns.

This site is not a news publication: it has no regular schedule and is not a registered editorial product.

Prices and availability

The prices we publish are the ones recorded at the moment we publish, and we say so on every listing. They can change at any time and an offer can sell out. What counts is what you see on the seller’s site when you buy.

We check discounts against the reference price the shop itself states, and we say which one we are using. We never write “lowest ever”, which would require having checked every single day.

Liability

The purchase contract is between you and the seller. For problems with the order, delivery, warranty or returns you must contact them.

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep the information correct, but we cannot guarantee it for data that comes from third parties and changes constantly.

Trademarks and images

Trademarks, product names and images belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the products we write about.
